So it begins, our five weeks of summer holidays in the archipelago, 2012! We all went in the car to drop Alexander and Dad off at the place where the boat (Katti) was stored during the winter. Once there, Dad and Alexander got out and took the boat for a ride all the way to Storvik and the docks where it’s supposed to be! Mom and Filip went shopping for some summer plants, and some more food.
Once we all were back at the cottage, Alexander and Filip went down for a swim. And it turned out to really be a swim. Filip has been practising his swimming skills all winter with school, and now it was the time to put them to their first proper test. When Filip and Alexander came back after several hours, Alexander had apparently taught Filip to swim (…) and there were stories to be told about dives, diving, swimming under water, etc.
